North American Training

Frymaster offers both online and in-person training classes. 

It is highly recommended to take online classes at the link below, PRIOR to attending in-person classes, to familiarize yourself with the equipment and get up to speed.

In-Person Field Training Classes

Training Classes are held at various host sites around the United States. The capacity of each training facility establishes the class size. Another class may be added if enrollment exceeds the room's capacity. 

The Frymaster Field Training School covers service on Frymaster equipment as well as updates and new equipment. The equipment covered is detailed below.

Below is the list of subjects covered in Field Service Training Classes.

Attendance at ONLY ONE (1) day is required for credit.

Below are the dates of Field Service Training classes for 2026. Travel arrangements, transportation, overnight accommodations, and meals (other than lunches) are the responsibility of the attendee. If you wish to attend, you must sign up at least 30 days before the session begins.  The classes are available on a first come, first serve basis to all Factory Authorized Servicers (FAS's).  Non-Factory Authorized Servicers (FAS's) will be added to a waiting list for available openings and then contacted no later than two (2) weeks prior to the class with a confirmation.

You will ONLY need to choose ONE (1) of the TWO (2) days as ALL information is covered EACH day.
If the class status is CLOSED, the classes are full and are no longer accepting registrations.

  This is an online form that is the QUICKEST and EASIEST way to sign up.

• Click HERE to download and print the registration form.  Scan and email it back to training@frymaster.com. 

• Click HERE for the Hold Harmless Agreement printable form (print and then email),  The Hold Harmless Agreement MUST ONLY be filled out by any NON-FAS servicer and submitted at the same time when submitting the training sign up form. Email to training@frymaster.com.
  
  
• Emailing your name, company name, company address and daytime telephone numbers to training@frymaster.com.
  
  When your information has been received, a confirmation email will be sent. 

** After submittal, please wait to receive an emailed confirmation letter BEFORE making travel/hotel arrangements.  If you are a Factory Authorized Servicer (FAS) and have not received a response after 3 days, please email training@frymaster.com** The classes are available on a first come, first serve basis to all Factory Authorized Servicers (FAS's).  Non-Factory Authorized Servicers (FAS's) will be added to a waiting list for available openings and then contacted no later than two (2) weeks prior to the class with confirmation.
