With a 50-lb (14” x 14”) frypot capacity, the PowerRunner easily meets high volume needs and the demands of a varied menu, from French fries to breaded products and specialty foods. Designed with efficiency in mind, the fryer’s built-in filtration options provide fast, easy, and convenient filtering. This allows for more frequent filtering which extends oil life, reduces operating expense, and preserves food quality. The exclusive Thermo-Tube heat transfer system ensures outstanding reliability and durability, and even saves energy dollars.

The PowerRunner can be adapted for various culinary spaces. The standard model matches the rest of the Dean product portfolio in cabinet height, while the SPV (small profile version) is a shorter, more economic version ideal for operators with limited budget or space. A variery of options also allows operators to choose a single or multi-battery unit (two to four frypots).

This latest fryer replaces previous models (Super Marathon fryers and Decathlon D50 fryers) with the added benefits of external oil discharge and greater controller choice.
