Frymaster's goal is to assist customers in getting back to business while maintaining optimal levels of safety and sanitation. With
high temperature cooking that reaches 350°F and higher, the fryer cook cycle kills viruses and bacteria. Also, contact with food is minimized by the use of baskets which reduce food handling from the time it leaves the fryer to the time it is served. The easyTouch® controller is inherently
easier to clean than traditional button operated controllers. Frequently cleaning high touchpoints reduces the spread of contagious diseases. As a result, the
clean screen prompt has been introduced as a new feature on our easyTouch® fryers which prompts the user to clean the screen periodically throughout the day. Electric fryers are equipped with a self-standing swing up element which frees up both hands during during the cleaning process. All Frymaster easyTouch® controllers are equipped with
guided processes for routine cleaning such as automatic filtration, clean and filter, and boil out. The stainless steel construction of the top cap and cabinets provide easy to clean surfaces.
