Domestic Training
The Frymaster and Dean Field Service Training School covers service on the complete line of Frymaster and Dean equipment as well as updates and new equipment. Level II Field Service Training Classes and Level III Six-Day Certification classes are offered, and all aspects of service on Frymaster and Dean equipment are covered.
Level II Field Service Training Classes
Level II Field Service Training Classes are held at various host sites around the United States. The capacity of each training facility establishes the available class size. Another class may be added if enrollment exceeds the room's capacity.
Below is the list of subjects covered in Level II Field Service Training Classes. Technicians must complete Level II Field Service Training before enrolling in the Level III Six-Day Certification Training class.

Below are the dates of the Level II Field Service Training classes for 2012. Travel arrangements, transportation, overnight accommodations, and meals (other than lunches) are the responsibility of the attendee. If you wish to attend, you must sign up at least 30 days before the session begins. There is a $75 fee per day for the class. The fee for authorized servicers will be debited to the FAS's account. If a technician does not show up for the class, the account will be debited an additional $75 no-show fee. All non-authorized technicians must pre-pay via credit card and must sign and return the “Hold Harmless Agreement” prior to attending the class. The form can be found on the link at the bottom of this page. Return the form by fax or mail using the contact information below. A written cancellation request is required two weeks prior to class for fee reimbursement to an FAS. There is no reimbursement for non-FAS affiliated technicians.

Level III Six-Day Certification Training Classes
Below are the dates of the Level III Six-Day Certification Training classes for 2012. Daily transportation to and from hotel, accommodations, and meals are provided. Travel arrangements to Shreveport, LA are the responsibility of the attendee. If you wish to attend, you must sign up at least 45 days before the session begins. Technician must have completed Level II Field Service Training before attending a Level III Six-Day Certification Training class. To be considered for participation, technicians must be nominated by their Service Manager or the General Manager of the local Factory Authorized Servicer (FAS). The certification classes will be limited to 16 students. Each student will be interviewed by Frymaster prior to acceptance. For this reason, applications must be received 45 days prior to class date and applicants will be notified of acceptance within 30 days prior to class date. There is a $100 fee for the class. The fee will be debited to the FAS's account. A sub-agent fee can be debited to the FAS account or paid via credit card. If the technician does not show up for the class the account will be debited an additional $75 dollar no-show fee. Enrollment fees for authorized technicians will be refunded with at least a two week written cancellation notification.
