Like all E4 series fryers, the Fryer-and-a-Half (model number RE14-7) has completely enclosed swing-up elements that provide full access to the frypot, allowing every inch to be cleaned and washed down by hand. The large surface area offered by the ribbon design of the elements efficiently transfers heat to the oil.
The hands-off Footprint PRO system allows the entire filtering operation to be completed in about four minutes. Its ease of operation makes frequent filtering simple and safe.
